heartandgingerAll yesterday, Lil’ Ellie seemed to be not feeling well, and her condition worsened last night. I brought her to the animal hospital today, where she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She will be there for a few days for treatment.
As if that weren’t worrisome enough, the exam room was the same room where I last said goodbye to Inanna almost 4 years ago. Needless to say, I’ve been somewhat an emotional mess for most of the day.
I love + hate much we become attached to those little assholes. Damn it.
